Hey there, what's up!
I'm new to this site but I've been around bodybuilding since 1980. I got into it when I saw the original cover of Arnold's "Education Of A Bodybuilder". I couldn't believe that pic! Then I found my first mag and saw Ferrigno training booklets advertised for $5. That's right, $5. So I bought a few. It was a while before I heard about hardcore stuff. Instead, it was all Weider this and Weider that. I can still remember his "steroid replacement kit". That was a little bit before it was discovered his protein powder was actually cake mix. No wonder it tasted so good!
So I'm an older guy but I don't believe in giving up. I'm happy to be on here and look forward to exploring this site.
