HGH cortisone???

First of all I would like to apologize for my english as I am from Spain.
So here is my story. I am a 26 year old guy who loves working out and would love to compete some day.
For the past 2 years I have been using hygetropin.com.cn on and off between 3,3 and 6iu ed. Depending on the batch that I used I had different sides but I didn't pay much attention on this as I had done blood test with good hgh and igf1 results.
3 months ago I purchased green tops 8iu batch 20130701 and had no sides at all. At the end of november I started having issues with my right shoulder and the OS kept telling me I had tendonitis. In the end I had an MRI Arthogram and was diagnosed with SLAP tear as well as tendonitis so I ended up having surgery 9 days ago (I know, it sucks).
Here comes the weird thing. My OS told me after surgery that when they drilled my glenoid my bone was like a 80year old man, it was very very weak and soft. We did an osteoporosis study and yes, I have osteoporosis being 26 years old. No one in my family had osteoporosis so I told my doctors the truth. They told me that steroids are in fact good to treat osteoporosis so the only thing that could possibly have caused my osteoporosis is having taken corticoids, cortisone for a long time. Well, I began investigating all this shit and came to the conclusion that my hgh was mixed with cortisone. I read some studies and in Spain and Germany customs they detected hgh vials (all of them from China) wich had a different amount of cortisone in their vials. Obviously, fucking chinese do this to make hgh cheaper. They mix it with cortisone because the side effects are pretty similar to hgh (not the good ones obviously).
Although I am not rich I live in a rich area. I have a friend who used to take pharma grade Humatrope HGH and I saw on him amazing results, he was shredded as hell, not dieting so much as me and taking less dose than me with the hygetropin.
I am researching how to test a vial and see if there is cortisone into it, but it is impossible, at least in my country. My doctor says that it is impossible to know if I am injecting cortisone just with a blood test because some corticoids rise cortisol but some other dont.
As you can see I am very worried. My OS is not against steroids but is begging me to stop taking chinese hgh because he says I dont know what I am injecting. He told me that thankgod he did the surgery and we could discover this because we can remediate it. If not, he told me I would start having bone fractures in a couple of years, may be less.

My doctor has ordered a blood test with many values (test, hgh, cortisol, etc) but he says there are different types of corticoids and some of them dont lower the cortisol. Regarding your post, I assume they would have to know if I am taking cortisone just by the blood test? What other side effects should I notice? As far as catabolic sides, I haven't noticed them. It's a weird thing as my doctors don't know what other thing may be causing my osteoporosis. I took thyroid hormones but just 16 weeks in the last 2 years and the last time it was 4 months ago.
Bro, your body produces about 5 mg of cortisol per day. When you take the corticoids your body shuts down cortisol production just like with testosterone.
It seems pretty evident to me that whatever you are taking is putting very large doses of cortisol back into your body. Long term use weakens the bones, the tendons, you likely have a hard time sleeping, probably have a hard time getting sore after hard workouts, you get hungry, your immune system sucks, you are angered quite easily. All of that good stuff, slight acne as well.
Dude, just get off the shit that you are taking. It's not worth it if it's causing health issues.
Brother, if you think there is a slight possibility that you are getting cortisone in your hgh, I'd step away from it completely. Just getting one batch tested isn't going to get you on the clear, that shit varies from batch to batch,
And in my opinion the only guarantee is pharma hgh.
I'm taking cortisone (in the form of prednisone) for my own health issues and that shit is catabolic as hell, weakens the bones and tendons, very shitty stuff.
If you think there is a chance it's in your gear is stay the hell away from it.
Monitor yourself though bro. If your body is used to cortisone being supplied from an outside source it will shit down natural cortisol production completely. This can send your body into shock and there is a slight possibility that it can even kill you. So as you stop that shitty GH, keep close tabs with your doc. If you have been getting enough cortisol from the GH to weaken your bones you are likely in for a very unpleasant surprise when you get off. But damn bro, id get off that shit and keep in close contact with your doc.
