Contest Prep Coach

Hello guys,

As the title says, I would like you to recommend to me good contest prep coaches and your experiences with them if any. I am from Spain and I know that the best coaches are obviously in the US. I also would like to live the experience of having a contest preparation in english and keep learning the language and of course keep learning about my passion, bodybuilding.

I know Fakhri Mubarak and George Farah but I don´t want to pay 3.500$ in my first experience. So, I would be very pleased if you could provide some info of good coaches online for a good price.

I don´t understand why you guys don´t help me. In the group you mention no one responds. The 2 provided users are not coaches, but memebers of that group.

I can´t believe people in this forum don´t know about prep coaches in the US.

Bro maybe no one will help u cuz u sound kinda of copish how about go to a show and talk to folks in ur area and ask for help or some direction don't rely on this site for coaches or 1 u will get scammed or 2 u are LE so I suggest u learn compounds here and u find ur coach outside comprende

Maybe nobody else uses online coaches? I wouldn't pay anyone a penny who wasn't standing in front of me watching what I eat, how I train etc. It's tough enough to prep someone for stage when you're looking at them every day, let alone across Skype / webcams etc.

For sure here on eroids there are lots of members that are very good contest prep coaches but I wanted o hear about experiences with the famous ones. Not so famous as Geroge Farah, but I think you get the point...

do you mean I should ask in there? because I cant see any prep coach in there except trenabolic

Alot of the guys in that group are actually coaches and others have been through comp prep so they know what it takes. If you have specific questions about prepping for a show that is where I would ask it.
