I ordered some hyges beginning of september they shipped out and were 'processed through sort facility in New York' on september 16th. Thats the last i've heard, no updates since then so i'm guessing they're sitting in customs. Just wondering what most people experiences are with this and how much longer before i can just assume its been confiscated.

sadasn1962I have had packs sitting in customs as long as 20 days then next thing you know its at your door, anything longer than 30 days you probally wont get it and you may not get a letter for a bit after that if you ever get one.
hopefully you wont get a letter from CBP and it just got tied up

yes this happened to me with some juice. it said "processed through new york sort facility" for a few months then i got a seizure letter.
If it has been confiscated you will get a letter, if not you will get your package. There is no way to tell how long it will take.
