First time reconstituting buffered NAD+, does this look normal?

Has a sort of prismatic look. It looked really weird while reconstituting with like a yellow ish greenish sludge that has dissolved. Kinda looks like oil?

I took it out and let it warm up a bit and it did become less prismatic. I also noticed what I believe to be tiny crystals swirling in it which appears to be the supersaturation issue. Bringing to closer to room temp made it turn just a slight yellow tint. I injected a small dose and it appears to be fine.
According to Google, this may be a result of supersaturation. Recommendation is to let it warm to room temp, gently swirl, or add more solvent. I'll see what I can do.
Lol what the fuck it really is prismatic
