Left out overnight, is it ruined?

My dumb ass left my hgh pen out overnight, about 7.5 hours. Is it a total loss or worth continue taking? Probably about 5 days worth in there. It’s not pharma. It’s generic that I got off a source here and reconstituted myself.

If it had only been left out 6.5 hours I'd say it will be fine - but 7.5 has probably ruined it.
