Evening meal, post workout.
ad
OK, so I've worked out and now I'm home. Home within 10 minutes. I've pinned my GHRP 6 and mod GRF 1-29. I've given it 30 minutes before eating my evening meal. Ive had my usual, chicken breast with rice and broccoli. Is this the wrong thing to eat?
I've read it should be a protein only meal? I know carbs/fats hinder the GH pulse but you need your carbs after a workout?
Would I be better to pin pre workout on a empty stomach?
What meals do you guys eat post workout, post GHRP/GRF shot?

Thanks for the info crazy.
Good read if you haven't already:

You are fine with your current meals. What you do not want is to have had carbs for at least 1 hour before, 2-3 hours is best. And then waiting 30 mins to eat is perfect to have allowed the GH pulse that will help shuttle all those nutrients to the muscles where they are needed. I do a similar rotation except I use Ipam instead of ghrp-6 for PWO and pre bed.
I second Ipamoreline, no need for an anti-prolactin with it and does not make me nearly as hungry.
I haven't much of the GHRP so ill swap for Ipa. Im not bulking so don't require the hunger, its more of a pain in the ass than anything else. Cheers GTB
Also, the morning shot, 30 minutes before breakfast. Is that to say that you shouldn't be having carbs for your breakfast?
