Sensitive nipples

ad

Hi all.
I’m running 200mg pw of test e, it’s a small dose but wanted to start small and ramp up. Been on this for 4-5 weeks. I’m getting sensitive nipples also a small amount of acne. Should I use an ai or is this quite normal. I will do a blood test soon.
Thanks.

That's a pretty low dose, if it were me, I would look into supplementing with some DIM and drastically upping my fiber intake. This would help balance and clear out some of the excess estrogen floating around. Of course you can always go to the other route and jump on In A.I

High fiber bread, cereals, oatmeal and of course pounding down some metamucil a couple times a day. It may not work for you but that's what I would personally do is start with some dietary changes and or all natural supplementation such as DIM.

1mg or 25mg a week depending on if you are using arimidex or aromsin.

Basically a half a pill twice a week. If itchy nipples still there...up dose.

do not zero out your E2. Bad things like tendonitis occur.

Get on your ai. Ramping up is going to be an estro nightmare. Going to have to continually adjust ai dose. Just get on the max dose of test you want to run from the get go, start your Ai and adjustthat dose if needed based upon bloodwork and be done with it.

Thanks. What would be a good dose to start on? I have aromsin

How much test do you plan on running?

I was thinking of staying on 200mg and running a 16 week cycle. Started my ai now.
My acne seems to be getting a bit worse, my original plan was to go to 300mg pw and adding primo. But I just read your article about primo and realised I’m not ready for that, need to drop more body first.

Whats your blood test say?

Most people wouldn’t need an AI on that dose of test. You could of course be the exception. Need to get a blood test done ideally mate, otherwise it’s guess work.

Where do you get blood work done in the uk?

GP Is an option for you. Complain about feeling really tired, emotional, mood swings and they should run an FBC which will show up estrogen. Alternatively lots of private options, £200-300
