Permanent gains? And next steps?
ad
Howdy,
41 year old powerlifter, 200lbs, training 20+ years. Decided to start using gear again last year after years of natural lifting.
Its been 3 months now since I finished pct after 16 weeks on Test 500mg per week. I increased my top lifts by a good amount and have managed to retain my strength gains up til now. I didn't keep all my size gains though - had put on 12 lbs and have lost 7 lbs since.
Can I assume my strength gains are permanent at this stage?
I now intend to get my natural test levels checked and then plan for my next cycle. Would it be ok to jump back on in Jan? Am thinking of upping test to 750mg pw plus perhaps throw in some Deca as well.
Cheers for any advice!

Protocol states that you should take as much time off as you spent on a cycle(including PCT). So you did 20 weeks, that is your cycle+ your PCT. 3 months off PCT now, so February would be an adequate/recommended time to go back on. This is the advice I've received from some good dudes.
