Have been on 200 mg test cyp a week and my e2 is 160. Test is 1050. I'm going to bring the test dose down a little but not sure what to do with the E2. .
.5mg anastrazole every other day? Currently doing .25 Eod but that obviously isn't working. Any help would be awesome. Will get my blood rechecked in 3 weeks

Also the only E sides im feeling is low libido and acne.
Hey thanks for the replies fellas. I called the doc back and it was a total 160. They didn't check my E2 specifically so I'm going back in Thursday to do another panel. Started taking the adex at .25 Ed which is the same as .5 eod. It's pharm grade so we will see what happens and I'll keep you posted on my blood work
Are you having high estrogen Side effects. If you can posting the actually bloodwork results would be helpful. That’s VERY high especially for a trt dose of test AND already taking an AI. I wouldve bet that’s one in a million chance to score like that. Do you know if it’s an ultra sensitive test? I know tren can show up as esteo on the regular test, maybe other things can also read a false postive for estrogen?
Also does the test say “e2 = 160” or does it say something like “total estrogen/estrodial =160”
Anastrozole dosing is 1 mg twice a week, it will bring you back to your normal level your test may also be high because your E2 is high.
I read the stuff you had posted about estro a while back and decided to take the ED route verses the Eod. It was pretty interesting to know what are suicide, inhibitors and whatnot. So your articles helped alot. Good reads..long AF but worth it
Did he mean dosing your testosterone ED? Because that’s a great way to lower side effects and aromatization. I’m sure dosing the AI daily helps as well, but it’s very common advice to tell guys to dose there test more frequently
On 200mg a week adex at 2mg a week? What happened to .25e3d? If hes reading estradiol at 160 then roids arent for him at 200mg a week. Lol
Im basing that on what I am prescribed, my normal e2 level is 9, When I saw a new endo she tried to have me do a different protocol, and my e2 shot over 90, Now on 100mg of cyp a week and 2 mg of anastrozole, i am back to 9 total e2. Before that I was on only 1mg a week and my e2 was 25. Thats why having bloods before you ever start a cycle or self prescribed trt will let you know where you started. For all OP knows he has naturally high normal E2 or at the top of 10-40pg. Also shouldnt be on 200mg a week because trt is meant to put you at normal levels, not over it for age.

.25 every 3 days keeps me in check if my estro gets out of control. Guess we all different

Might be bunk anastrozole ? You can also try pinning three times a week for more stable bloods.
Thats a massive conversion you have going on. 160 or 160 total? Theres 3 types of estrogen.
