Endo or Trt clinic assistance
ad
Hey guys , I'm looking to change my TRT clinic. I'm just not happy with them . Every time I go in its like we'll try this and we'll try that . Fuck try, I want a good laid out plan. My estrogen was up and they gave me 6 adex, really 6 ? 2 weeks worth. I told them that every blood draw shows high estrogen so why not just add in low adex with the run. I'm breaking out all over , more than normal ...their answer... maybe go off for a little while. Maybe it's me . Just seems like I'm a guinea pig over there. Does anyone have a good place they can recommend? If we're not allowed to put that info up here you can pm me. I'm in the nyc area

Gang, I've spent over 2k of my own money out of pocket (and I have "good" insurance) to figure out my own "low T" situation, and I even went to our local endo here and had a few visits that included several blood tests with him. My T was in the low 300s, but he said my "free T was acceptable." As a result, he didn't want to prescribe testosterone. Bummer. So here I am on eroids, having spent several months researching, learning, and preparing my own first cycle this winter.
I share this because, sometimes a guy (or gal) just has to take their health into their own hands. This site has been great in my education, but the number one thing I've learned is, BE PATIENT. Read, read, read. I've written my questions down, then I search them out on this site, and almost always, I discover that I need to be more patient and read even more.
When it comes time for my first pins, I'll be damn good and ready. @beach14, brother, don't give up! I'd say that eroids is a better fit for most men than an endo is! (But I digress.) Good luck, and keep us posted!
Thanks. The guys below suggesting "their guy" never came thru so I'm still at it looking. My test was 147 when I started and is now usually up around 900. I'd just like a solid place to handle my health etc. I know a guy getting hgh therapy at my clinic but when I asked about it they said they won't do it. Go figure
DCHI1PM me. I can refer you to a solid clinic.
Fr sent. Interested if a new doc.
Won't let me sent pm to ya
FR sent thanks
You're a number in their profit game. TRT clinics are good for folks that need to be legal for traveling purposes, as an example. I don't believe they have your health as a number one priority. If you can get an endo, I'd go that route, but there are some shitty endos out there.
Let me tell you, it's a busy place.
You are a guinea pig at those clinics, they only care about your money, and the 6 adex is for them to dial you in. They should draw blood after the 2 weeks to see where you are at then adjust your dose/ai from there. Take it and then ask for a blood draw and see where you stand.
Thanks Mack. That's what I figured. Also figured it was strange for them to keep me on the regularly scheduled blood draw vs one soon after adex
It also depends on the dose, are they 1mg or .25? 1mg might be a strong dose but if your e2 is off the chart go with 1mg eod for a week then taper to .25. Im not your doc but that is a good starting point. Just make sure they get you an appointment for the draw following your last dose.
