Clearly you've been prescribed by Doctor Tony Huge. However, here you are with a health problem, so I'll bite for that reason..... Your problem is caused by bad decisions leading you to dose with excessive test leading to high estro and then self-crashed estro from non-dialled in ai usage. At 11pg, you are less than half what you probably should be at, at off-cycle off-TRT normal baseline (somewhere around 25pg for your age). But with TRT and the extra exog testo, your estro will follow, and it isn't necessarily a bad thing. Too high is bad and too low is bad but when on cycle, you can expect a raise without always having problems until you hit the level of estro that is problematic for you personally.

Many people will drop all water at/by 20pg and below that will experience soreness/creaky joints etc. certainly by 15, and when you hit 10 or less you can usually expect to be crashed.

See your doc, bloods periodically will definitively answer but, that said, you should be able to drop the ai for a spell and rebound to being at your own on-cycle range for estro. This coupled with a sense of well-being/feeling better. Libido/ED should improve once you get that dialied in. Then you will need to get the ai dialled in properly as your estro will bounce up high again no doubt. You need to be cognizant of other hormones too that can cause such issues, like prolactin which is partially regulated by estrogen. Bloods bloods bloods....

My inclination and advice to you would be ditch the bitch, go see a real doctor and not Dr. Huge, Sort an ongoing bloods plan and dial in your TRT dose (presuming you are really 39 and really a true TRT patient) to the point of being without a need for ai, find out what your TRT baseline estro level is now at - to identify what normal is for you personally that is and not a wide range written on a piece of paper. You shouldn't consider a cycle until that stage and post-research into ai's and AAS in general. You need those ongoing bloods to be sure there are no other issues at play.

Normal estrodial range for men is 10-40pg/nl your estrogen is not crashed. Having a doctor write you a script for 480mg of test a week is pure and simple bullshit. I think when you say he is open minded means you are smooching his pickle for a cycle.
