Advice on something

ad

Alright so I've been on TRT for years. I came off for ten months a bit ago to see if I could bounce back but no go. So I got back on three months ago. I use a low dose of sustain 175 mg a week. In the first five weeks I was alright but started developing gyno symptoms. I took care of that and that's fine but I've been pissing all night. About 4 to 5 times.I am thinking my estrogen is real low. I'm not real sure. Any thoughts.

IMO - 700mg a month is not a low dose if you are talking TRT only.

I'd start with getting blood work and making an apt. with a doctor or urologist.

if its a prostate issue you dont want to leave it untreated or self diagnose.

sust for TRT???

Ozninjaguy's picture

It was/is standard regimen for TRT in Oz...my Doc prescribed it for me...now they are going for single Esters such as Cypionate.

As it was in the US.
Great in theory, bad in practice.

Was. In theory it was a good idea, but in practice, it produced horrible fluctuations and their issues. Longer esters are the standard procedure.

That's what I was thinking. Not a very good option for TRT due to the 4 different ester peak times.

It sounds to me like it could be a prostate issue. Urinating frequently during the night is a common side effect of prostate problems. See a doc ASAP.

If you are doing with the supervision of a doc, first thing would be to talk to him about what is happening. Since you are using sust? I am kind of thinking this is on your own though. Trt is a lot more complex than just pinning some test every week so I would highly recommend that you talk to a doc about legit trt if ithis isn't and he should be able to get you squared away. As far as your symptoms, I really have no idea what could be going on.

What is "sustain"? Is it basically sustanon? If so, that's a horrible choice for trt. Way too many peaks an valleyy, which leads to estro problems.

Best to get bloods and not guess. Guessing and throwing more drugs at it might be counterproductive

If I start urinating a lot, I usually attribute that to my prostate. I get spasms while urinating if it is bad. These are all signs my estrogen is too high. I can crash my estrogen and be totally fine. I notice this when my estrogen creeps above 60.

May want to move this to the TRT section of the forums, might get a more targeted response.
