craving the gym

ad

I havnt been to the gym in 3 months. It pisses me off so much. Recently i have been living in my car for the past month due to being thrown out of my apartment because my girlfriend robbed my neighbors. I cant eat right or sleep good at all. At my biggest i was 215 and now im at 155. I havnt been this underweight since highschool. And on top of that my car blew up today. So no more car. Its killing me. I have never been in a situation like this. I got a job which doesnt start till 2 weeks from now. Technically im homeless. A few times a week a friend lets me stay and do laundry, shave and shower. I cant live like this anymore its very sfressfull. I just want to get back in the gym and tear it up but i dont feel right in the situjation im in. God please help me move past tgis horrible time in my life. Sorry guys for the long story im just venting all my bullshit out. Advice appreciated. Thanks

I don't have any advice for you, just wanted to say I hope things improve. Keep your chin up.

That's a tough situation to find yourself in brother. It seems bad now and it is but it will get better. Keep the head up and get through the next few weeks. Everyone hits on bad times at some point. The weight will come back so dont stress about it. Eat as often as you can and be creative based on your budget . Great advice from some of the guys below on how to keep your calories up in hard times.

sorry to hear mate.

if you were in the desert stranded with nothing, would you prey to god?

id prey to water.

have you got any money? buy bread man, white bread, bout a dollar a loaf, baked beans, cheap as, pour the baked beans into something, break bread into pieces and mix in, you can do this everyday, you will get ya weight back. has anyone you know got a tent?

I thought people prayed to God. Preying to god though... Idk man, sounds kind of epic... Fall from the heavens and shit.

He can also visit some local delis, bakeries, and the like after closing. If he explains his situation to them, they may be more than willing to let him have some of the foods that they end up throwing in the dumpster after closing.

Bro I can't stand it when people go through shit like this. All I can say is what doesn't kill will make you stronger. Im going to go against the grain but the gym is a great stress relief. Get the job situation straight first, then try and get into a gym at least once a week. Some normalcy in a chaotic time goes a long way in feeling better. Keep your head up man and keep posting on here, we may not know one another but we are a family.

God be with you brother. I suggest hitting up Gurdwara's (usually homemade indian food once a day), Center of Spiritual Living, Churches, Western/Eastern Service Workers for food. I don't know if you can get on financial aid and get back in school Waste Water Management is only a couple semester course, don't have to be highly intellectual and can land a good paying job. and I hope that's your ex-girlfriend....
