Jeez just a little moan from me. Just seen a mainstream supplement company claiming to have extracted orally biovalable IGF-1 from whey protein and selling it as a "mush have" supplement for all body builders. And the worst is they will probably make a fortune of this bull shit.

Of course the will make a fortune, it's a constant merry go round of new supplements. They buy into the myth & of course who doesn't want less fat & bigger muscles, so they buy the newest until it's not giving them the results they wanted. All of a sudden a newer, bigger & better one comes out, you can't afford to give up now so they buy into also. I know because playing football in high school a lot of the guys were dropping dbol, but I wouldn't do it. I made up for it with all the latest supps lol .... then around 39 I met TEST!! :):):)

AnonAbout 15 years ago I was that kid spending 100's a month on these supplements, especially the ones in the store that are behind the locked glass, because if they're locked up you know that stuff has to be good. Some of these bottles of pills with the $100+ price tags are nothing but and expensive version of L-Arginine

In the states they have laws that prohibit any supplement from really being able to do anything like what they claim.
Protien creatien and bcaa are really it then nutritional supplements but all these hcg hgh igf claims are completely false but they do make a fortune

My thoughts exactly! Our society wants a quick fix that involves no effort on their part. Thats why all these products come out. Because peope know they can sell the get rich qquick or lose weight fast product.
