You have no idea about the other people's lives on this site. There are tons of people who have struggled with addiction, poverty and homelessness, prison, and some who have had privileged lives. There may be people here who have been through the same stuff as you and would be more than willing to help you if you wanted to help yourself. That's just how it works around here. If you don't believe me about the variety of people's lives here then start reading! It's all on here.
