I seen the who several years ago, a few months after the entwistle died. I was really looking forward to seeing him play but it was still a great show and Robert plant opened for them.

Hi bill, wished I'd seen that. No big name for us tonight unfortunately

My art teacher in high school was a substitute drummer for The Who...his name was David Hall. This was 30 plus years ago. Have a great time. I liked The Jam, Bad Manners, Madness, The Specials, Selector. I like The Who too.

chopper41's picture

Cheers mate, will do. That's interestimg about your art teacher, he obviously wasn't mad enough for the permanent job, lol. Yeah I like The Jam & Madness but haven't listen to Bad Manners or Selector, will have to give them a go. The Specials Ghost Town is one of my all time favs.

You lucky git. Big fan of The Who.

I, however, am at work all weekend trying to sort out what can only be described as an almighty cock up.

chopper41's picture

Hi catalyst. To lucky, the wife surprised me with the tickets for my birthday! I'm still waiting for my calipers, I'll be able to let you know my progress in detail when I get them but I will say the high rep training is going v well, I'm in the zone now, lol & I'm sure I can see a drop in bf already Smile

Catalyst's picture

Well my weekend was shite. Saturday, went to work at 2pm, got home at 1am. Today went to work at 9am, got home 11pm. And I've solved pretty much nothing. Going to need my big boy pants for a beating tomorrow.......

chopper41's picture

Sorry to hear your working wkend was shite mate, not much fun working the wkend anyway let alone when it's rubbish. I hope I don't make you feel any worse but The Who were the bollocks, highlight of the show was beimg hit by Baba O' Riley & Won't Get Fooled again on the spin, the place was rocking!

Glad to hear it was good, sounds fantastic.
