Where are the old members of Eroid?
I really like to read the opinions and the way of thinking that often happens to read in the various posts published.
The forum is really very large. Hundreds of pages that talk about culture and love for this sport accompanied by the chemistry and health of those who undergo this lifestyle. I spend whole nights going around the pages and then you find yourself in who knows what other topic. Thousands of information, many useful tips to look for and share with your friends (even real). A lot of bullshit and arguments that make this community so unique and attractive.
That's what I like about Eroid.
After almost a year from my recording something caught my attention.
I notice a big difference in opinions and ways of thinking.
The most popular topics belong to members registered many years ago and most of them have disappeared, others have been banned (they declared the hiring of Tren) or even arrested.
Reading them, I could feel the passion and anger of the writer. A lot of information, very detailed and well structured. So many personalities who clashed and raged against each other.
Today we read a lot of bullshit, certainly useful but you have to dig well. I see many topics started just to gain popularity or because the gears are so many and then it is easy to find an idea to write and be seen active on the site. Many topics (but also answers) stolen on Google.
Maybe the old members of Eroid who are among us today can perceive this change.
Great members like Rusty and Pale that I read everywhere, even Greg himself, an eight-year-old veteran.
I wish I could figure out what really happened to the old school of thought. The past was written from experience. Experience means having lived it on your own skin or at least having shared it with your best friend.
I spend most of my time here on Eroid in old posts published several years ago. Personally, it is the old members who keep me awake, sometimes, all night long.

It messed with my head for a bit but I’m just cracking on with life and trying to get better every year. I’m not going to start using age as an excuse to settle or go backwards.
I plan on looking better than most 20 somethings way into my 50’s :-)

Welcome, my friend.
Going on 6+ years here. Learned alot from older vets before me and then continued educating the community alot with identifying counterfeits, and will continue doing so whenever I find something new. I need to get in contact with William Llewellyn, his book needs major updating lol.
I remember years ago when 2 of the biggest sources here were going back and fourth and wanted to send a couple trusted vets to tour a facility in their trusted land.

Other than BFG, I wonder who was the first handful of members. I think roidnoid was one of the founding members.
I remember when I first joined, I thought people who had been members for a couple of years really must know their shit, how wrong I was lol.
I'm around 6+ years here now. Great site, love it. Here's hoping for another 6+ years. I'd be gutted if BFG wanted to throw the towel in and eroids was no longer. I'm sure such a well established site would be worth a decent amount of cash.

He last logged on a few months ago.
He was a guy with square balls. He spent half his life with the gears. Respect.
Last I heard from him he was doing well. He has been very busy remodeling a home in the north of France and I don't think he has good internet most times and is too busy to play anyway. The Viking is living his best life.

In the first 100 members of Eroids, only 1 was close to active, and that was a source of questionable reput.

Wow! A stroll down memory lane! Man, just so many to mention but some really memorable great members that come to mind are:
Pankration, Nitti and Bodybuilder(former mods) Vike, Catalyst, Sgt. Stedanko(a few great conversation with him), Olderschool, Gorillafit, Tread, Alayna, Iheartyou etc.etc. etc.!
I will add to this list as people come to mind and these are members who we rarely or never see anymore.
Current active longtime members and these are just a few that come to mind:
Icepirate(yeah you know who you are my friend), Carlos, Rusty, HailRazor, Greg, Makwa, GRRL etc. etc etc.
As one becomes older, one tends to become more more nostalgic! Do I miss the early days and early members of the Eroid community? Most certainly! Great post brother.
