Firstly, I’ve been getting info from all of you in this site for quite some time. I’m not much of a poster but this is a great site. So my boy placed an order with the above named source and things were super smooth. So, I decided to place an order as well. This was two weeks ago. Since then, I verified that they received my payment but never heard from them (even though it says they would contact within 1-2 days of receipt. I sent emails and contact forms from the website as a reminder that they haven’t verified my payment and I haven’t received tracking. Ok...so you might not think I’m being patient but it gets better. I logged back into the site and under “my account” my orders and transaction history were gone. Showed that I have a $0.00 balance on each and no orders/history whatsoever. So essentially they erased my order from their system. I’ve sent 3 messages at minimum (all polite) and have received zero in return. This seems to me like they are straight up scamming. I’ve experienced misunderstandings before but nothing ever like this. Wouldn’t have ordered from them if a friend didn’t just have a good experience. If you are thinking about using them, I would highly recommend using someone else. I have never not had a vendor at least email me back. I’ve lost out in the past but never have I been just scammed like this. I guess the product could just show up in my mailbox without any notice but that looks like a far-fetched scenario.
