The Golden Rules of AAS
ad
It's late. I'm awake, you're awake.
Everyone needs to add their golden rule. I bet some of the really experienced members and the mods will have good ones.
The Golden Rules of AAS
Rule #63 - If you've always struggled to make gains on your own, AAS is not the answer. Now stop making the excuse that you're a "hard gainer" and go eat a steak and a baked potato. Come back in 20lbs.
What are your golden rules?

Limits MUST be pushed to break new ground.
the first rule about steroids is you do not talk about steroids
Take the fuckin' cotton out of your ears and put it in your mouth...... Shut up and listen!
haha... I've heard that many times, but not on eroids........
Rule # 13:
If your wiener looks broken, it likely is.
Lol. Perfect.
noob941this is a marathon not a sprint
EVERY ACTION CREATES A RE-ACTION
Its up to YOU to listen to YOUR bodies re-actions... then act accordingly.
Boom. Big VIKE droppin knowledge like a b-52. Thanks for your contributions to this thread bro.
Golden rule #3 - Get bloodwork. Otherwise, you're just guessing.
what if I'm not trying to make gains but rather improved performance as an endurance athlete? Should I still stay away from AAS? Eat steak and potatoes? What if I'm having an issue with hand speed and in order to increase it I need to do my shadow boxing with weight. I need to go continuously 3 mins at a time throwing punches with 1 min breaks between. Aas helps me train harder and go longer. So this is a cookie cutter approach then? Everyone is the same and we shouldn't touch aas unless we are bodybuilders who are on the brink of genetic limits?
Have you seen my pics bro. I'm hardly a bodybuilder. It was meant to be more funny than to be a standard based on some of my experience here. I like the fact that you're challenging cookie cutter approaches and I totally acknowledge that there are many different goals and ways to get there.
I wasn't comin at you homie! You're good. Again just throwing that out there. A different perspective ya know
Cuddle time for Mr Nitti
xxx
:-)
Feeling a lil surly myself ms. suzy ;)
Rule #21 - Oral only cycles are for chicks. Period.
I resent that!!
I've run quite a few oral only cycles as a fighter with no intentions on gaining weight or building mass. 2weeks on 2 off halo runs. And things like that. I understand your point completely. This is the correct way to go about it as a bodybuilder but you are assuming everyone is. This is an AAS review site. Not a bodybuilding site. I wouls never recommend anyone (even a fighter) doing things the way I was taught. With all the knowledge and experience I've gained over the years (most of it in the last 2 years since joining eroids) I can safety and efficiently put a cycle together for a fighter that isn't running the risk of shutting down or running compounds without test. But anyway , I see hour point. Just keep in mind what I said. There is no cookie cutter approach.
Obviously oral only cycles are absolutely horrible for us and should never be run. I'm merely making a point that there are other kinds of athletes who do this religiously. Do not run oral only cycles because you're scared of needless! Why do I feel like I should delete my whole comment because some dumb fuck is Gona try what I said?
That one statement should be a sticky imo! People would look at my approach to aas as useless to making gains as a BB. But I am not trying to be a BB even though most of my mentors here are BB and I greatly respect them. But for my career I need endurance, strength, stamina, and a high immune system do to the environments that I am dropped into. So being a "hard gainer doesn't even factor into my aas decision making.
Also because mine and Nitti's goals for remaining agile and tenacious I have personally taking Nitti's unorthodox approach to usage and reached what I was looking for time and time again. So there is truly no cookie cutter approach!
If anything - I like all things that defy convention. Thanks for your input.
No problem and FYI your views are the norm and the reference point for AAS use as most users are in fact bodybuilders. In that case you are 100% correct. I just felt it's my duty to remind everyone that "rules of AAS" use are not universal always. There are a few different kinds of users and me being on the other end of the spectrum in the beginning ,I remember how it was to want to post my cycle history and then saying "ohhh hell Nooo! Fuck that, I'm not getting flamed for that shit!" It's alienating. I wish eroids members were more open minded to the endurance athletes and even strength athletes manner of running. Even if it sounds alien to you or absurd, not kicking them and calling them idiots is just as good as praising. Lol. There aren't many around here but there's a few.
looks like we've found
AAS golden rule #1 - there are no rules.
Courtesy of ya boy Nitti. Thank you sir.
I was bigger in my teens and early twenties by just eating like a horse and training hard. I didn't start to use AAS until 30 years old when I lost the ability to produce testosterone.
My few
If you cant grow on Test / Fina you wont grow on anything
Extrmely High protein dont mean bigger gains!
Carbs around Workouts
Its not about the number of meals but the total macros per day
Dont ignore your Carido health
If you dont have a plan you wont achieve the success
If you arent increasing reps/weight/tempo or TUT regularly - you are not progressing
The 3 hour rule.
Eat every 3hrs.... i.e ... 6am 9am 12pm 3pm 6pm 9pm 12am 3am...... either bulking or dieting,simply adjust macros to suit.
90% of members here should come off cycle (zero steroids) try this then come back and report unbelievable gains....... thats how convinced i am not many understand the human metabolism on here and just rely on roids then complain the gear is bunk.
LOL.... in fact i just gave away THE SECRET to bodybuilding success........... lmfaooooooooooooo
interesting. so you never sleep more then 3hrs at a time? and waking up twice during the night to eat is normal?
I dont bro... i sleep like a baby but this is the way the big olympia guys do their business to stay massive.
But i do eat every 3hrs during the day with great results.
ahh. thanks. i feel like i spend a majority of my time awake eating or preparing food anyways. i have kept shakes in a fridge by my bed ready to go, but havent been doing that recently.
I used to do night feeding many years ago and blew up that much i created stretch marks on outer pecs, delts, and outer quads..... when i first ever hit 260lb i couldnt put my socks on in the mornings so thats when i changed from pure raw mass to training for asthetics and balance..... feel healthier too when you walk and move around properly.
damn... lol. i cant imagine struggling to get my socks on! lol. those stretch marks are coming tho :( im starting to get them on my traps and the inside of my elbow. it looks bad to have those scars up the inside of my arm, like im a heroin user. lol
Fistful of meat, fistful of carbs, fistful of greens at those times and good to go. We now have a bunch of high school footballers working out at our gym in the am, and they must have $500.00 worth of supplements each in there gym bags. I told them not to bother with that shit and buy food. They looked at me like I was on crack! That industry has done more to hurt gains than it has done any good!
Spend that money on food. People rely too much on supplements these days. I probably use £75 per month on whey, that's it.
I'd rather eat the food too
Damn right brother.
Keep an eye on the self-pic section in a couple of hours.... i have something special to reveal
Saw the pick Muta put up. You sir are a genetic freak. Simply an awesome physique. How long ago was that pick taken? World class there brother!
