What is your resolution for the upcoming days of 2016? I'll keep mine short and say...to adhere to an oath to become a sculpted freak! The Mrs. and I went grocery shopping today. The first trip of the new year...and I'll tell you what, the refrigerator just got overhauled!
So profess your resolution, whatever it may be! Hold yourself to it and embark on the journey as a strong eroid member should!

Repeat of the Master's overall and then gain enough weight afterwards to make it to light heavy for 2017

@bolt781, I know we're two weeks into the new year, but my goal is still laser focused. Drop 35 pounds of fat to get back to 200lbs by the end of summer. I started a four day fast after Christmas to drop some bloat, and let me tell you, by the end of four days of fasting, my body was READY to eat and get back to lifting! I dropped from 238 to 228, and two weeks since then, I'm down another few pounds. Slow and steady wins, always.
I wanna ultimately get to 190, lean, lean, lean. I'm doing it the old fashioned way of eating less and moving more.
It'd be fun to reopen this thread every three months to see if people have stuck to it.

TryHarder007Leading to this new year I've had the WORST norovirus. Lost weight and felt bad while puking and shitting my brains out. Today is my first day of normal feelings.. So this speaks in loud terms to me!
I want to win junior class and place top 3 in my weight class in open.. PERIOD! Show is may 14th now I changed shows to give me 2 more weeks time.
That's the goal, nothing else. I like to spend a little money here and there on useless shit like my shoe addiction lol. 2016 that will be spent only on this goal in mind. Better quality foods, ex more BCAA throughout the day. Anything to push me for the next 19 weeks to be the freakiest possible on stage at 20!!!
And two other goals of keeping my 4.0 this year, and treating my girlfriend with the respect and love she deserves because ima marry her one day lol.
I enjoy you being a member and a fellow brother here! Your drive is evident along with the maturity to satisfy the goals you have aimed for!
