You are allowed 8 to 10 (10 is discretionary for one off items and such) per calendar year.
Promo gear should be used for a cycle... review the cycle. STOP HOARDING GEAR or creating FRANKENSTIN CYCLES from a collection of promos run by various sources.
When you go into a supermarket and sample a free tasting of a product, say for example Jimmy Dean Sausage, what do you think Jimmy Deans motive is? To give you free stuff? Or to get you to buy their stuff?

He is a selective scammer! He asked for my promo and promised to review after using it.
He received 3 x Enantat 250 and suddenly stopped replying after receiving the free gear.
He never posted pics or review either. I contacted him many times.
Recently he may have forgotten he screwed me over, so he requested our most recent promo. Soon as I brought the former promo up he stopped replying again, but sure enough was still active with other soruces and on eroids in general.
He does meet the criteria for the Promo Whore list because of his 10 reviews in the last 12 months, Not because he owes you a review (which sucks for you) but because of his current review count. Also thank you for pointing out the importance you (as a source) place on members posting pictures of gear received.

After getting his hand slapped by Greg a while back,............. he may have cut back on his reviews,........and gone to pictures, 10 different picture topics in the last 3 months, the old saying, "a picture is worth a 1000 words" or at least a review in the sources eyes.
To be clear, I'm not exactly sure on when said hand slapping occurred, but we really need to count pictures in the overall total/view of reviews (old rant).
