You are completely leaving congress out of this and we simply can't. Notice the rise from president to president. Congress refuses to cut any of their pet projects and only adds more. If the president does not agree they won't pass the budget. This is not a president issue it is a systemic issue.

Bro every usa president has had congress. Every president. this isn't the first president that's had to deal with those issues. He's the leader plain and simple. Under his watch the national debt has exploded. It's only goin to get worse. Now put a president that done this and drove our country into a huge debt. Then add him standin by and not doin anything right now. If we get attacked on our soil after a legit threat has been made. He is goin down as the worse president we have every had. In my lifetime I have never seen the average american believe that the president isn't on our side. The average person thinks Obama has huge motives that not n this country best interest. I've never seen in my lifetime people scared of what he's capable of doin to his own people.

As you will see, the president submits a budget proposal. That budget could have all kinds of cuts (see sequestration) for instance, and then it goes to congress where they slip back in all of their pet programs, rename a few after cutting that same program and then send it back to the president. From there he can sign it, or veto it which usually would lead to a government shutdown. The budget process is lengthy and often times combative. But the bottom line is Congress shares just as much blame as the president maybe even more..

It's not congress tenure and debt it's Bush tenure and debt. He is the leader the man in charge. It's his reign not congress. Yes I saw that and us I totally believe it. Legions of them went back after 2008 as well. Reason being Mexicos economy has been improving and the cartel wars are not as intense as they were. Plus at home they don't have the whole hating on immigrants issue .
