The Mars One team plans to pick 40 astronauts from the more than 100,000 applications received from people worldwide. The crew will spend eight years undergoing specialized training in an isolated location to learn skills like dental work and electrical maintenance. Ok so am I the only one who didn't get the memo that the biggest event in the history of the human race is Taking place? Shit, I only found out about it by stumbling on the subject by accident.

I spoke to a guy on NASA about this he said when your in space this long your bones become week due there being no density something like that .You would also have to worry about bacteria and virus there is no coming back and to get a response team takes six months to get there

Obama stalled for another week...some of our military took to twitter and other social media outlets to oppose war with Syria! The "People" are waking up ! so hopefully the global Banksters wont have their way for once!
That is true. However as much I would love to take it as a win for the people, it seems more a case of the opposing political party stabbing David Cameron in the back at the last minute. As usual the struggle for power is at the forefront while the the nation's voice goes unheard.

what on Mars that we need to send ppl. we already send a robot and it cant find anything except mountains and dirt.. no plants or animals, no life on mars...im all for the space program because i do believe that we are not the only planet w/ life.. but this is a waste

Living on another planet blows my tiny mind though. Eventually someone could actually be born on a planet that aint earth. Which opens up a million other questions.
However I do imagine the magical fairytale aspect will not last to long. In no time it will become about tax exempt status and drilling for minerals lol thats if that is not already the main reasons for going
