How do u earn karma points and how to add friends ??? New to this site but not this world been training for over 16 yrs

To add friends click on there name and on the right side it says add friend or something like that.
To earn karma pts you have to be active in the fourms post helpfull information, post blood work if you can or pics of gear u have gotten or self pics of progress thats a start
