B12 shots ..... Any advice???

Some people claim to feel a boost, but I didnt notice it. I figure it cant hurt anything except the wallet eh ?
Never tried it, have 300 ml 100mg/ml in stock for the odd chance I will. My wife has gotten it a few time s at Dr, loved it. I got the bottle for her, I think she forgot. My mom gets 100mg /week from Dr, actually did wonders for her.
