It's hard enough just finding shows and with my cable I can type any word and a list pertaining to that word will pop up suggestions. Once in a while I'll get a hit with the word "bodybuilding" lol. A channel...shit, I'll settle for a show!!!

I would watch! Anyone remember back in the day Lee Haneys weekly TV show called TotaLee Fit? Good stuff. I can still hear Lee talking about squeezing every rep to get those "freaky striations".
