What is the consensus on these fucking things? I’ve always been a facial hair/beard or short stubble kinda guy. Recently in 2024, it seems like all the real badasses that mean business have mustaches. So I went for it and now I’m in the club but this thing is pissing me off. I don’t get the clean full look, I get the straggly messy look no matter what I do. I can’t tell if chics are really diggin it, the real badasses have chics tho. Anyone else have any Input pls. And is blue balls not a thing on gear? TIA.

Im not gonna lie. I look like a "KT" with one. Kid Toucher. Liek I shouldn't be near a school or church. Usually every Sept-Dec I grow my beard out. Then New Year I shave it all and Ive shaved it into a Mustache and its just a NO for me and my look.

There aren't many men you can really pull off the stache. Most guys can pull off a beard of varying length. But the stache just doesn't suit most men.
My wife says she likes the mustache, but everyone else says it looks stupid and honestly I think I capitalize much better on my boyish charms without it. Been clean shaven for a few months, with short neat kept hair. I like it, I think people treat me better when I look clean cut.
Man, I had a mustache for about a little over a month. It grew thick. And I looked pretty mean.. My wife one day looks at me with this grin .. I asked her what the look was for and she says, “You look like a Chester!!!” It was at the very moment, I shaved that shit off!
I have heard of some women liking it though.

If i clean shave the whole face they say i look like a chester. Always had a full beard but just keep it cut low and edged all the time
Me too. Our damn necks must be too thick for complete clean shaven haha. I’ve always had some formulation of a Goatee since it started coming in
Thats how I do it bud, just half an inch riding along the chin graded with a beard clipper and edged with a razor - can get away with grading it once per week.
Mustaches are for tickling balls. Unless youre cheech marin or tom sellek

No firefighters and first responders who have to wear APRs or be on supplied air started this. Way before Cbum was even alive. Gotta be clean shaved to pass your fit test and wear a respirator per OSHA regs. Only facial hair you can have is a mustache because it doesn’t interfere with the seal.

I think it depends on how thick it is. Dudes with super thick mustaches look can pull it off. It's the thin ones that give off raper vibes haha.

They rarely seem to look good on blokes, some guys can carry them off with the full shaven close beard look but you have to be pretty good looking already like Drex to do it - and look slightly Gay. A lot of celebs seem to be having a go at the look currently but they just look like Hill billies to me - look at Justin Bieber currently LMAO

Yeah man, the most I can go is a few days. Even when I had beards in the past they were 2-3 weeks tops. They would itch so bad and drive me crazy lol

Yea, Fuck, the Beiber thing is a tough one. That’s another factor to consider, good or bad. When I was in my 20s my facial hair and hair could do no wrong. Looked great no matter what I did. Pushing 40, that shit goes away.
Although I have a shaven chin strap beard nowadays and it doesn't look half bad, I've never been a fan of facial hair. But since I am half bald on top now resulting in just doing a grade 1 all over I figure you can add a bit of individuality somewhere LMAO Bro I use to love hair waxxing and clay on top even though I was going fine from 21 onwards, 30 then got tough but JESUS once I started messing about with steroids particularly DBol and Trenbolone it literally Fucked Off overnight!!! Don't even have hair products now in the bathroom.
Can’t say I’ve ever rocked the mustache only, even as a teen there was goatee involved. Then I had various goatees, beards, chin straps, etc over the years, never just the mustache. Then I started doing just for men, then that got old so I just shave everything now. Although I’ll get lazy and let just a little stubble grow in.
