Diet and hard core gym flies flies flies...A little blocker might help but he has to understand he will have to get on top of the blockers much heavier than most if thinking gear and his cycles will have to be mild. He is the type that will get gyno in a big big way on gear without all the protocals in place to prevent further problems...I would jump way out ahead of it with taking care of business on diet and gym to get them shaping out and hardened up. Even just being over weight through his life will cause the gyno to get worse even without gear. Dropping any excess fat would be my first goal. Fat stores estrogen and even causes a conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Dial in the low fat high protein diet, get in the gym, drop as much dairy as possible and take care of business and in 6 months he may be amazed.
