Looking for Dumbbells

I wanting to pick up some dumbbells for my home gym. Has anyone ran across any good deals recently or make any recommendations? Walmart has some True Girt dumbells for less than $1 a pound, which I think is a great deal. But don't know much about that brand.

I got mine on aliexpress, but shipping was by sea because of the weight. If you are okay waiting a bit, there are good options for cheap
Second way - go on Amazon, but don't select "new" condition. Select used ones, you will get pretty good prices there as well from sellers
Used dumbbells are as good as new
third - facebook marketplace/craigslist - pretty obvious
Finally - search for "Amazon Promo Codes List" on google - there are codes for up to 70 % when sellers want to sell out their stock quick.
AnonI always keep some cash in my wallet. For many reasons. 1 reason being garage sales. Don't pass them up. Get out and ask if they got workout equipment. My home gym is almost all from garage sales.

I got a lot of items from a gym that went out of business a few years ago. I was able to get rubber plates for 50 cents a pounds. Wish I could find a deal like that again.
2nd hand all the way bro. Prices have dropped to reasonable over here in the U.K. although with the new threat of another lockdown (fuck off) the drop has levelled off. Facebook market place, ebay etc. Who cares if it’s a little rusty, you can sand and paint if it bothers you that much.
After Christmas is a brilliant time to buy pretty much anything, I keep my eye out for all sorts. I managed to bag 4 LED Christmas light reindeer statutes with all the necessary wiring for £200 last year.. those things are looking fucking badass on the garage flat roof. The Petersons nextdoor better up their game if they think they can test me and my light display this year.
