So I wake up, have breakfast, take my supps and head to the gym for a shoulder day. Then about half way through my workout I feel a big ass gas bubble forming and BAM I let out the loudest burp ever, but this wasn't an everyday burp ! I expelled a cloud of white dust like a fucking clown at a circus act. The shit was up my nose and on my face. I was a little freaked out for a second but figured it was probably just from undigested amino's or some other capsule I took..Has this happened to anyone else? Just thought I'd share because I thought it was comical.

AnonHahahah that happen to me once when i took my hearbal supp the last pill was Rhondiola and man i felt like it didnt go all the way down i was buzy doing stuff to look for water then i burpped a cloud of herbal dust it even got in my nose i just smelled the Rhondiola yuck!!

AnonI've had this happen a few times from magnesium caps and turmeric... The type of capsule seems to get stuck in my throat sometimes. I now make sure there is water nearby because the first time it happened - and I'm talking a plume of smoke coming out - I damn near threw up before I made it to the sink to wash it down.

First time it ever happened to me was a fat burner (GNC) I forget which. But anyhow it was probably 20 minutes or so after I took them, I am just carrying on like normal when all of a sudden I burp and what appears to be smoke comes flying out! I was freaked out for a minute myself, lol
I take fish oil tabs every day.. I can taste it 8 hours later...( gross..)..
OMG let me tell you.. when I first started taking fish oil I had no idea it would do that.. (taste is hours later) and I had fish the first day or so after I started taking it.. and for days I was tasting this fish.. I was like.. OMFG I am still tasting that damn fish something's not right about that.. it was about three days later I was still complaining and Abaddon said.. laughing.. hey rere.. aren't you taking fish oil? yeah think that might be it??I felt like such an idiot.. I had never thought about that. (GROSS isn't the word for it)
its kind of like greasy cod oil ,which is really whats in there..never used Krill oil tabs..
