-1 Having acid reflux or something how to cure?

ad

I've been having this for 2 weeks, I just take a tums recently.

After a meal of beef and 4 eggs, I started getting this pain in my chest/throat area. A burning irritating feeling. Did not go away on its on, i've had this before but usually it went away in a day or two.

Most likely it is caused by a hiatal hernia. It's where you have pulled your stomach up through the diaphragm and the diaphragm muscle can no longer close off the stomach to the esophagus. So your stomach acid has a free path all the way to your throat. Caused by heavy lifting ect. If the acid is not controlled it can lead to acid reflux diease. As j223 mentioned Apple cider vinegar with a good anti-acid such as pankration 69 says go with the Zantac. Surgey is the only way to fix.

the antiacid has neutralized the pain , seems to have cleared it instantly!

It will 100% be back. If u ignore the problem your gunna be chained to them tums. Tums/ antacids only treat symptoms and do absolutely nothing at all to fix the real problem.

oh what

Tums works.

Try eating more fruits and veggies. I notice when I eat all dairy and meat I have more issues with heartburn.

Apple cider vinegar also helps.

Zantac also works.

Orals can be a cause of this anti-estrogens aas etc. I have had acid reflux for years. Go to walmart or cvs etc and get zantac generic name is Ranitidine. You can take up to 300mg a day which would be 2 150mg tablets. This will help and it works quick. You can stay on as long as you need to or come off anytime. My acid relux is extreme and these work well for my bouts with it. Good luck hope you feel better.

no my bowels are fine, no gas, no weird painful toilet usage etc.

I'm taking orange triad that has a digestion aid.

U need some good enzymes in ur stomach to help break down all the protein effeciently and it keeps all the acid reflux at bay. Trust me it works bro. When I don't take my probiotic I get heartburn. Kumbucha is a drink made from the kumbucha mushroom. When u let it ferment it creates an enzyme that works wonders for your digestion. One bottle of kumbucha off the shelf at ur grocer is 4$. So brewing it on ur kitchen counter is the way to go.

GS, I have this same exact problem.. I have acid reflux thrice a day... I am going to try your suggestion, and if it works.. you will have literally affected my life. Acid reflux devours my life on a continuous basis, and I cannot afford to go to the doctor.

Thank you.. Merry Christmas.

For sure give it a go. My sister practices homeopathics and only natural medicine. I used to talk shit and call her a crazy hippy until I started letting her treat me. I'm a firm believer in mother natures ability to treat common things like this. I'm a walking example bro. Sometimes cases are extremely severe and in those cases western medicine is ur best bet. But just like gyno or high E2 sides prevention is much easier than reversal.

I agree 100% on this view with eastern medicine compared to western! western is more designed to treat symptoms and not get at the root causes while eastern is gauged towards curing the systemic cause.

Are ur bowels fucking with u too? Too much red meat can do this. How's ur fiber intake? Cruciferous veggies provide some relief. But I take a probiotic daily and I even make my own kumbucha at home. A balanced diet with a probiotic daily and a cup of kumbucha with each meal keeps my stomach happy.
