help intense stomach pain

Woke up this morning with gnarly stomach pain, its still here. Unbearable.
Took some bismuth pills (the pink ones)
and drank some lemon juice.
Last meal was alot of protein and milk.
HELP!

Arimidex can cause stomach pain if your taking some for a cycle.

Anonthat sounds like it could be pleuricy, which is an infection of the membrane that lies between the lungs and stomach. If thats what it is you will need to treat with antibiotics .

The pain is slightly going away, sat on the toilet for a while even though I didn't feel like going. Right now I feel tired as shit because I haven't been able to eat anything all day.

Could be the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, liver, pancreas, or bile ducts. Probably out to get it checked out if shit isn't getting better.

Where is the pain located? Center, Side, Top Bottom?
Give us as many details possible about the pain. Is it generalized (meaning you feel it in more than half of your belly) Or localized (Only found in one area of the belly)
