When I see that level of fat I always wonder if it's even possible for this type of folk to get in top shape and what kind of cycle(s) it would take. I mean they can barely pick themselves up from a chair let alone pick up a weight...dnp, more dnp. test weights cardio. clen/t3. wash, rinse, repeat... a couple of rounds of surgery to cut off all the loose skin after the fat loss.
