I just finished a 6 week cycle of Tren and Test Enanthate. I was running 50mg ED of Tren and about 500mg Test per week.
The last couple weeks I started noticing some hair loss. My hair usually doesn't come out at all. I've been on PCT for a couple weeks now and it hasn't stopped.
Does anyone know if this might just stop on its own, or should I start taking Finasteride. I'd like to hear from someone who has used Finasteride.

Same thing happened to me brother. I was running Tren and Test E as well. I noticed my a small clump of hair (about the size of a quarter) missing above my ear. This was around this time last year. Anyways, its almost grown back. So yes, in my experience, it will grow back. It just takes a while.
I don't know about it growing back, but the hair loss stopped about two weeks after I stopped the Tren. I didn't get any concentrated patches, so it's hard to tell. I am just happy it stopped relatively quick. I would definitely use Tren again, though I would probably start Propecia first, to see if it might prevent the hair loss before it starts.
StevebIt works if you take it during a cycle but It will have bad sides if your on it too long. You could also try Topical Spironolactone, it will block DHT when applied to the top of your head.

I have used Finastride with good success I use is on cycle, dont take it with Deca. But yea Rogaine or Finastride should do the trick

From what I've read, hair loss will absolutely come back from Tren.
