Guess i didnt drink enough milk...
well ladies and gents, tonight at the gym, my cycle may very well have been cut short, i was doing chest and shoulders, on my work set with 60's doing dumbell press, keeping perfect form, i felt a wierd clicking in my right shoulder...i had been worried i may have been over training, but just ignored the clicking, figuring i would go into the docs tomorrow and see what he though...man was that a mistake. the right side of my shoulder now looks like my collar bone is pertruding a little, im in emence pain, and really wishing i just took it easy today, whatt happened was on my negetive mid set i lost all power in my right arm almost dropped the dumbell on my face then rolled off the bench like a little girl, trying not to scream...then followed by me making a huge scene, running in circles screaming "oh my fucking god, jesus please help me, oh my fucking god" over and over im sitting in emerge right now on my iphone and figured i would ask the pros if this has happened to anyone, and what you guys think may have happened to me?

60lbs or 60kg's
Leave the Tylenol alone---use an anti-inflamatory like Motrin or asprin....go home and get ice on it ASAP----NO HEAT for at least a day or so. Then alternate heat and ice. Ice is your best friend right now.
Eat good, and GRADUALLY begin to work it through range of motion.
There are rotator cuff exercises you can do...Google them.
RELAX...if you didn't tear it too bad, you can be back in 6 weeks. It all depends on how bad it is. It's not like you had 150 pound dumbells in your hands.
Take this time to blast your legs, calves, forearms, abs, and anything else that your body will give you. You might even want to concentrate on fat loss by going on a light cutter. Once you come back, you'll be even bigger....trust me, time off is a GOOD thing. I've always taken a month off at the end of every year.
You'll see.
good post goth, that is very useful info yall might wanna write this down
28savage28Fuck I wish I read this when I got home instead of going straight to bed, most uncomfortable sleep ever, I can tell already my rest hours are gunna hinder
28savage28Torn rotator cuff... Doc said give it 3-4 months to fully recover. Tylonol 3 for pain...
TxBigBoyTylenol 3's for a torn rotator cuff! Man Id call him tomorrow saying it hurt real bad and u ate em all and need some vicoden cause that shit was weak! But anyways that sucks to hear bro! Hope it heal soon, good luck bro
I tore up mine in a MVA (head-on) was off 1st of Nov till the 15th of May. (23 years ago)
Good luck.
tread-mMight think about some peptides with a low level test cycle to speed the heal 28.
tread-mHope its strain and not pull or tear..how often do you work each muscle? Chest for example?
28savage28Legs once a week, everything else twice a week, and 3 times a week.
AnonYou are overtraining mate no wonder you got injured. If you train eveyrthing twice a week do you know how many days you actually hit your shoulders? You actually training them 6 days a week directly or indirectly. Stick to once a week for any bodypart hit the legs and abs more if you want, but for the rest of your body once a week is more than enough. I was stupid when younger and had a really bad case of tendonitis both in the wrist and cuff that kept me out for a year almost. Learn from your mistakes and it wont happen again. Next cycle make sure you have a hefty dose of deca included
Eric090585i fucked up my left shoulder on my last cycle bro...made work almost impossible cuz my left arm just kinda hung there cuz moving it was unbearable. 2 1/2 months later & i'm back in the gym...but taking it a little easier this time lol
28savage28FUCK! yeah i figured it would put me out for a while...thanks for info bro, hopefully i can still swing a hammer...
