Yes kinda when he was touring as Rob Vanwinkle doing new metal. I worked for the audio crew that got hired for a show in Massachusetts. They sold almost 0 tickets people only got paid their deposits everyone sued everyone. The company I worked for went back to doing anything but concerts and I quit before I got paid for the job.
