As i was at GNC today(yes the over priced store full of shit) with my 10 pound bag of protein powder waiting in line,this dude in front of me was rambling on and on to everyone in the store talking about how fucked up society is to be using steroids, saying how they "kill" people every day and how they bankrupt family's lives due to addictions and it got to the point where I called him out on it in front of a busy store,
I was like so since your a doctor how many people die a day from using them? he turns around and says over 100.. I'm like really? 100 people a day die? Well looks like a lot of people are using them because I'm still alive ? I'm pretty sure more people end up in the ER for multivitamins then from using steroids so next time you decide to open your ignorant little mouth and turn your pencil neck around to make eye contact at me you will be on the floor looking up at me.

We have The Vitamian Shop that's less cheesy than GNC but now that rite aid has a big selection I go in there....Actually tomorrow I have to hit up vit shop for a case of Isopure Rasberry Mmmmmmmmm

I was looking for a cheaper solution but discovered they also have factoids on what works and what is bunk. Guess what (no surprise) most everything is hype and bunk.
The only supplements I take now is Creatine and protein.
creatine and protein is a must for me, I believe the combination of the 2 on top of my gear has gotton me to where i am today. I have more enjoyable and fullfilled life and a body that turns heads. who could ask for more

Actually the figure is around 3 deaths or less a year. Prescription drugs are now the top causes of death. It's interesting how people don't talk about the damage caused by rx drugs. But have no problem saying shit about steroids or weed.
