What's up ? I've been on here less than a year and I do like this site , it's a bit confusing at times , but getting advise is what this is all about , to better understand I figured I start this thread so people may share a bit more of who they are , and rather than discuss certain subjects in for instance CENSORED or CENSORED ask and discuss page and have mods and elder members get mad going off subject that this might be a better place , to talk , and let everyone know who you are a little better , myself I'm not your typical gym rat , I'm 47 , and have served our Country , and honestly , was quite the opposite of most here , instead of being healthy , I was on a American Iron bike ,wore a 3 piece patch and drank too much liquor and was always kicking ass in the bar, but I am a great dad good husband jyst never conformed to normal living till now , my sex drive went down and body was getting old so I started juicing a little and going to the gym , and it's paying off, people tell me how good I look avd I feel it , just wish I took health more serious years ago , I am that bad boy , as my wife says I am covered in tatoos , but I want to explain a little about me , get to know a few of you , and maybe get some more good advise , sorry of this bores you , but too bad !
