As you can tell from the title, and as I promised to keep my Mates informed, I have FINALLY received my long awaited date for my lung cancer removal surgery.

This coming Friday, 30th November.

I've been waiting since August 8th for this surgery date since the initial discovery of the lung tumor in my right lung after I'd collapsed at home, coughing up copious amounts of blood from my left lung everytime I tried to take a breath. (And let me tell you, THAT day I thought was going to be my last).

As many already know, since August, I simply have not been able to train because I no longer have a good air intake when I breath in and I have to take twice daily shots of Lovenox to thin my blood out because it insists on clotting when it gets to thick, causing D.V.D's in my calves and hips. After the op I'll be taking Coumadin to keep my blood thin, so I'll be looking for advice from anyone who has taken a blood thinning med, such as Lovenox and/or Coumadin, and who also took the juice at the same time.

I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THIS DONE, TO GET MY LIFE BACK, TO BE ABLE TO BREATH PROPERLY AGAIN AND TO BE ABLE TO GET BACK INTO THE GYM WHERE I BELONG AND GET SOME OF THIS EXCESS FAT OF MY WAIST AGAIN.
