Sucks. Somebody broke the window in my new truck and stole my wallet. They burned a hole in my seat with a cigarette. They didn’t steal my radar detector though.

i grow on 4300-4500 calories
half gallon of lactose free milk
couple protein shakes
a meal of chicken and rice
few PB sandwiches
sometimes half a frozen pizza
when I eat 5k+ is when i get really crazy strength gains

Loads of protein or tonnes more calories, I can understand why extra protein would do it for the muscle repair but why do extra calories produce more strength. Obviously it works hence why you have the likes of Eddie Hall sinking 12k daily no problem & all the other strongmen .....

AnonBe glad they didn't steal your car. Where I'm from what they did to you is called "car shopping." That's where a thief looks in the windows for something of value then bust out a window to get it. Sometimes these thieving cunts are so desperate that they'll take every coin in your cup holder.
In the future use something like an old towel to cover up things like bags or briefcases. Cover up anything that looks like it might be valuable. The desperate cunt that busted your window was eye balling that bag hoping it contained something valuable. No offense, but they probably threw your bag and everything in it in a dumpster or behind a building because it wasn't worth anything to them and they cant pawn it.
People traveling with suitcases and bags usually do have valuables on them. Traveling money, guns, jewelry, prescription drugs...etc I'm sure you can imagine. And thieves know this. Cover bags in your car with an old towel.

It's legal to a certain extent. I caught someone breaking into my truck one time. I snuck up behind him and started slamming the door onto his arm like 3 times, then beat the shit out of him. I ended up going to jail for excessive force. I didn't get convicted. But still went to jail that night. You can slap them around. Just can't beat them to a pulp.
