wheres the nac and cialis?
Id add some AAS like some testosterone to the mix
but seriously ive just started some red rice yeast for cholesterol. Not sure the results yet but i opened a thread on it and some guys have feedback. They recommend COq10 for the muscle cramps because of the statin mimicking so your already on that i see.
SupremoSome vitamine d and k is always good. Other supplements depends on what gear u running.
AnonI don't know what is in that multi-vit. I like to buy all my vits individually and take them.
What's in that multi-vit?
its tested one of the highest on labdoor.com for purity of ingredients and label accuracy
It seems you have a Costco membership. Their store brand multi tested the best at consumer reports a few years ago for delivery of ingredients and accuracy. Can’t beat the price. I take a higher end one though with higher b vite content. The best fish oil Costco has is only available online. Pure Alaska omega 3, not the salmon version although that is good for undenatured but epa dha are lower because of it. Goes on sale about every 3 months. It is an excellent product and a good value.
i'll make sure to grab a bottle next time I visit costco
