Getting gear in Poland/Ukraine

Is it possible to get it from just going to a local pharmacy? Or do I have to go thru usual sources?

I always thought you could get gear from pharmacies in Poland , I was getting the omnadren 250 pink boxes of 5 vials think it’s jellfa from a polish truck driver I thought he was buying them straight from pharmacies but I must be wrong then
