Bowflex adjustable dumbbells

Anyone have these at the house, how are they??? Thinking of picking them up, gym I go to is stupid busy with resolutioners

i got a pair a while back, loved them, but dont ever drop them, the selector clips break and than the weights wont stay on the bar. you can order new clips but it gets to be a pain in the ass. so just dont drop them, throw them or bang them together.

Look very similar to power blocks. Power blocks I found to be very durable, so if they are onpar then I would definitely use em.

bowflex has too many moving parts.The dials can get stuck making it difficult to separate the weights.
Powerblocks are as basic as you can get and cheaper too.
I'll check them out, cheaper n easier sounds good to me thanks fellas
Agreed,,,Power Blocks are a great tool and nice investment. I would buy them over the Bowflex anyday.
