Beast Wireless!
What's up my Eroid family, It's your brother Winning. Everyone knows I'm all about my music, essential while I go gorilla in the gym. Well lately I've been rocking the 2013 beats by dre studios. This is what they looked like.....
Well after nearly 6 months of gym wear, the inside earmuffs decided to tear apart. I'm thinking it's because of my sweaty ass ears. That's all good because I usually tear shit up, equipment, gym, bedroom...you get the picture!;)
Well luckily I didn't buy em from eBay or craigslist, I actually paid full price at best buy, warranty and all.
Here's the point, I returned the 2013's and exchanged them for the 2014 matte black wireless edition! When I tell you it makes a hell of a difference! The old beats cord used to get tangled and pulled out, every time I did rows, bench and curls. These easily connect to your phone via blue tooth. You can answer your phone with them too and talk hands free! Its convenient to keep your phone in your bag and still be able to shuffle through songs, without a phone in your hand or pocket! They also come with wires, if for any reason you were too good for wireless. ; p This is what the new pair look like......
B.t.w. I got a new warranty on the 2014's and if I have anymore problems, I will quick exchange for the latest pair!
The new pair are a hell of a lot louder, fit like a glove and look bad ass in matte black. If your into bass and want an all around decent pair of headphones to go h.a.m. In the gym, give these a shot!
Peace,
Win

Love the new ones! Great sound and look, but I only use them out of the gym.
I just don't like to wear them when I'm working out. My head gets too hot in them. I use Yurbuds (bluetooth) when working out, which are made for exercise/running/etc. Sound is pretty good, but not as good as the beats. I really wish I could tolerate beats in the gym though.
Yea I guess I got used to it, because before anyone mentioned anything, I didn't think twice about ears being sweaty or hot. Yurbuds any good? It's cool because just the other day I was at least 25 feet from my phone in the gym and my beats Still worked like a charm.
I love my beats, just not in the gym. Maybe I'm just too big of a baby to deal with the heat. I love the Yurbuds because they are comfortable and made for exercise. They just don't fall out and are light. They have a good sound and work well. Wireless is just the way to go in the gym and I'm glad that you're work for you. Nice topic, because almost all of use headphones in the gym.
epcfitnessTried beats at the gym didn't like them at all. Gets too hot and sweaty on the insides of my ear much prefer good ole headphones but that's just me!
I used to use the ear buds, but after ear infections, I decided something over the ear would be better. They get sweaty and I take em off, wipe em down and continue on. Personal preferences, I guess you can say I got used to it.
The matte black is tight as fk. They stay on your head pretty well while you're lifting?
Yes, But Better if you wear a hat though. I wear a Nike Golf dry fit hat. It adds a great snug fit. Thanks bro.
Cool. I love the sound those things push out but I hate having my headphones fly across the gym, especially with a $300 pricetag attached. Ouch.
