Back brace and tudca questions
I haven't posted in awhile but I need some help.
Right now im using a back brace from work that is a piece of crap and im looking to upgrade for my next cycle because I plan on killing my legs but I want my back to survive.
If anyone can reccomend a back brace from amazon that they use and is quality and works well i would appreciate it.
My second question is about tudca im using 250mgs a cap brand that I believe is good I've seen that there is a 5% nutrition version and a couple of other premium versions but I have zero trust in supplement companies. If anyone could give me feedback on the brand they use and if it has worked well for them i would very much appreciate it.
I will be purchasing from amazon so other amazon buyers iI would really appreciate your feedback. If there is another belt or tudca that is a must buy from somewhere else im open to hearing about it and will just get it from another source if its really the best.

This is the one I've got right now I also have there tudca both have worked for me I just wanted to be sure im not just blowing money on garbage.

I’ve used the brand in the past numerous x’s and had values all come back in range. The brand has treated me right w a few diffrent products.
I use a tudca- nac combo 250 mg of each compound. Its from GSS lab (gunshowsupplements) and I am very happy with it. I will be using again. I did purchase from Amazon for around $30
