+ 1 My wife needs help
I hate to be a man posting in the ladies lounge. My wife is worried about creating an account here to get help with her diet and workout. She has some extra weight on her and she is worried because most here are in such good shape she is intimidated.
Can the ladies here please post that she should create an account and that you would never shame her for her struggle.
She has seen me go from 260lbs fat as f%ck to where im at now but she believes that for some reason it would be different she believes that girls will shame her and won't help her if she created an account. I explained to her that this is a community that is a brotherhood and a sisterhood and there is no shaming going on here.
Please help me get her the help she wants so bad but is scared to reach out for and create an account.

Tell her to start one you know this community no one is going to shame her it's like when I was a kid I was really really good at skateboarding and when anyone came to the skate park and weren't good at all we would still am cheer them on when they even landed the easiest trick because we were all there for the same thing and all loved skateboarding. That's the same we are here and if someone does body shame for someone trying to improve themselves you know that person is going to get a whole lot a karma missing lol. Tell her about me I posted a pic of me and my huge scar from my spleen rupture gained weight and had so much blood into my stomach so fast it gave me stretch marks on my stomach I did delete the picture but still while it was up all i got positive feed back that really took me out of a funk sorry for the long post but come one come all
I really appreciate this reply this is exactly the thing im trying to show her that we are truly all here to help each other no matter what. I know even when I was Bigmurph and there were some guys that didn't like me very much they still would help me out.
At that time they had every reason not to like me but still helped me. Much respect to everyone at eroids that has been so good to me through my journey.

Obviously we cannot make her understand this, its somethi g she will have to find out from being on here herself but not every person on this site is a pro bodybuilder or swimsuit model. A lot of us have gone from fat bastards to being in good condition so we know how hard it can be. I have seen posts from women struggling as much as some guys. Like you said its people helping each other here. Thats why I like this site so much. Sure there are assholes, but such is life. Weed em out and ignore them. Just try to get her to understand that a lot of us have been there before.
This is the type of post i want to show her so she can see that were here to help each other not to shame her.

My wife is a little insecure about her weight issue she isn't like me where I don't care about posting a fat ass pic to get help. Could be worth talking to a personal trainer to hand craft her a diet and exercise plan with goals.

She has paid almost 5000$ on that diet where they promise 10lbs a wk. These fucking crooks I want to go kill. I have begged her to try a personal trainer she won't listen to me but I thought if she could see others reccomend gym and diet not just starving diet she might see the light.
