Does anyone know the proper dosage for injectable B-12? the insert says something about 100 - 1000 mcgs , but then it says for people with b12 defecency to take 100mcgs a day , but that is so small its the first line on the pin.... if anyone knows a safe amount to pin please let me know, thanks...

when you say 100mcgs, your talking about the first line on the plunger right? that would barely be anything in there correct?
It added a lot of appitite with me. I also feel like I have more energy and I also feel more alert. Its cheap stuff at $4 for 16 2ml amps that works for me. I pin 1 amp per week, so it lasts a while too. Got mine at ADC but im sure there is other places.
