Are you willing ?

ARE YOU WILLING TO DO THE THINGS NEEDED TO GET THE THINGS YOU SAY YOU WANT? I see and talk to so many guys that want to be strong and get big and want to win strength competitions but they simply don’t put in the effort to accomplish what the say they want in life!! Life isn’t easy shit happens but if you approach training / your cycle / your diet / and actually put in maximum effort you will get there. There are no short cuts when I see cycles posted and there half assed put together it makes me wonder what else they are not doing correct! If your going to spend the money on roids make sure you have researched them put together a sound cycle and diet and a plan to achieve your goals!!

basskiller89Well said brother, a good reminder to me for this upcoming blast
Undeniable Truth brother GJ! A consistent well thought out training program coupled with a clean spot-on diet will take you very far! It's all about desire, passion, discipline and sacrifice! And as far as anabolics are concerned, their is no free lunch! If everything isn't synchronized, you will not reap the rewards! Also, as far as anabolics are concerned, simple cycles with moderate dosages go a very long way, Be well my strongman friend
We have missed you Sir.. I hope you and your family are doing well. I hope your new career path is treating you well
Thank you brother GJ and I have missed you and everyone else as well! All is well and thanks again for your concern! Time has been crunched so I haven't been logging in consistently! Be well my friend!
Edit: And I hope you and your family are doing well also :))
YouShouldGetWha...And able.
Sound advice bro!
Good words of wisdom
basskiller89Well said brother
When I first started as a teen, I wanted big muscles and be strong. After 6 months and only getting sonewhat big I said to myself, Fuck this, takes too long. Then I was offered aas and I turned it down, did not want to be on drugs because to me then that was cheating. Fast forward to prison. I started training to pass the time. This time since you have no choice but to be dedicated, I went from my skinny ass 140 pounds to 190 and 5-7% bf. After getting out I said fuck that takes too long. Fast forward to starting trt I wanted to be a bodybuilder, what will it take? After all the research and the discipline, fuck that I love to eat and I love being strong all year round. I wanted to be a powerlifter. I won some awards, I didnt have to worry about my midsection, if my bf went up I had to be careful or get bumped to a higher class and get my ass handed to me. Problem is you cannot be a powerlifter for too long unless you have a team of doctors on speed dial. I spent more on massages and chiropractors then my mortgage for a year. Each discipline has its ups and downs but I guess the morale of my wall of text is what path you choose in training is more important then the cycles you want to take. It is also a time spender, you have to spend at least 45 minutes in the gym everytime you go to get any benefit.
You can count macros, dial in a great diet and map out the best cycle ever, but if you have no idea why you are training then its all a waste.
If you want shortcuts to losing weight, or gaining weight, that has to be done naturally in my opinion. Aas is a recovery drug and people are abusing it thinking its what helps them gain or lose, I see a lot of people, to cut they abuse a ton of drugs, to bulk they abuse a ton of drugs. To them they should look in the mirror and realize this hobby is not for you. You are a walking drugstore.
Whats the best cutting drug? Food
Whats the best bulking drug? Food
Whats the best drug to help me recover after a exhausting training session? Test and food
Im ranting, im going in for a medical procedure tomorrow so I am taking mood relaxers, I am getting a fkn spinal biopsy.
Sup big smack, how did it go?
RustyhookerHope it goes well!
Surgery is being scheduled next week. Its an old boxing injury that was made worse with trt.
Bone density increase made my jawbone fuse an old crack. The fuse is affecting my sinus cavity and causing me to have massive headaches. The spinal biopsy which was the most godamn painful thing in the world is to make sure its not rapid.
Even with numbing shit once they took a piece of my bone I felt like someone gave me a pile driver. Its gonna take a couple days to get the results.
That sounds brutal. Try to think happy thoughts. Hope everything turns out well.
The brutal part now is dealing with the incompetence. The place that was supposed to schedule the surgery is acting like they never got the paperwork so it all had to be resubmitted which fucked me getting in sooner. Now they havent called me back so im living off ibuprofen 800 which I dont want to take. What happened to the days of gettiing in and getting out? Now it seems like a big money grab to get you to do the same thing over and over again to double charge your insurance. No wonder people hate use their insurance.
RustyhookerThat would suck! I get allergy headaches but im sure no where like that. Im cringing the back pain. I used to break parts often between mechanic and bouncin. Used to heal up quick and never slow down. After breaking elbows..... im a lot more cautious. Year n half to get the power back in the gym.
Best wishes for the biopsy and results
Agreed! Best of luck to you for tomorrow.
AnonAgreed, food and sleep are key. I hear these kids in the gym talking about pinning grams of crap and then you see them 3 months later and they look the same. People in their early 20s that their priorities are to chase ass and party all the time, have no business using AAS, discipline is where a lot of people fail in this game.
I agree. Ive actually got a couple of buddy’s that run large multi compound cycles. There not real big guys. The guys that get big and maintain it eat and they eat constantly. With all the info and free apps like My Fitnesd Pal it’s never been easier.
I cant beleieve the amount of people who dont count macros. Still !!!!! With all these apps Its free --damb it
But they will spen all that money on juice and cant do the most important part... we all see acouple guys at the gym who kick azz in the gym BUT NEVER look different..
Do you think someone ahould walk up to them and give them advice that will change there life forever or just keep it to ourself
AnonI just nod and smile, no point in wasting your breath.
Completely agree with you. The juice doesn’t actually make you big, it jut allows you to use your calories correctly/more of them. If you don’t eat right or eat enough it’s pointless to run any type of gear.
No doubt about it. Off cycle as well. If you don’t those gains go away.
