I know we preach eating healthy and I do a pretty good job most of the time but occasionally I like to treat myself some arbys or subway. 1.5 oz of each. Turkey, ham,corned beef,brisket, Angus steak, and roast beef
2 chicken tenders , 3 slices of baco, 1 slice of cheddar and one slice of Swiss cheese
